Photographing architecture is an artistic challenge that gives me a rush. I enjoy creating unique images that highlight the design of a commercial or residential building and its fine, well-thought-out details. Before taking on an assignment for architectural photography, I determine what my client wants to convey through the images. I visit the property to determine the optimum lighting and composition possibilities. I, then, schedule the shoot to optimize lighting in order to best show off the property–whether I am shooting at daybreak, late afternoon, sundown, twilight, or under the stars.
My single goal with every architectural photography job is to deliver images of the property that will command the attention of the audience it is directed toward.
