I am offering a Spring Creative Photography Course involving 3 half-day field trips and 3 review/critique sessions, beginning March 25th. This is a great opportunity to get out into the field and further develop your photographic skills, with coaching throughout the sessions and feedback from me and fellow photographers. Below is a summary of what will be involved in this great learning opportunity.
To illustrate the challenges of disability for a businessman and inspire everyone dealing with similar challenges, I traveled to NYC and San Francisco with Brett Heising, a Phoenix-based Public Relations executive and photographed him making his way around these tough, challenging cities to create images for his book. The book will be published in 2012 and will provide inspiration to those dealing with any disability.
Brett has had to rely on crutches or a wheelchair, to get around, since early childhood. He is a native of Ohio and a graduate of Ohio State University. Brett is a “can do” guy and his book will provide inspiration to all who pick it up. Future photograpy for the book will include travel back to his home town in Ohio and visiting the Ohio State campus in Columbus.

Portraits at the ocean. A great opportunity for a unique family portrait. This summer, while school is out, I will be making a trip to Wind and Sea Beach in LaJolla, CA, just North of San Diego. This is a wonderful, small community with a beautiful beach that is perfect for photographing families.
It is a great area to kick back and relax out of the triple digit heat of Arizona. So, check your calendars and let me know if you would like me to create a great image of your family on the shore of the Pacific. The days I will be photographing are July 22nd through July 24th. The portrait appointments will be at 2 p.m. and 4.p.m. on Friday, July 22nd, 9:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday July 23rd and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday July 24th.
The fee for the two-hour portrait session is $300. Proofs will be posted online for you to review within one week. Portrait packages and prints are available based on the pricing schedule shown on the Pricing page on this website.
